Mr. Monemou has Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry and Physics from the University of Conakry, Guinee and a Master's Degree in school Leadership from Providence College, Rhode Island.  He taught in Guinea at the secondary school level for five year then was promoted Principal of the Plateau Junior High school.His success in turning the school around held him at the position for 12 yeaers. 

He first visited  USA in 1987 and returned back in 2000 for a permanent residence. To keep his teaching career, he learned English through Libraries and completed the teacher certification program at Providence College and get certified in 2006.

After substitute teaching for five year in Providence, and his Master's Degree Program, he got hired by Sanders School District #18 in September 2014 where he is teaching now.
